Refund policy
Due to COVID-19, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges on any of our items. For sanitary reasons, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Once an order is submitted to kysimonekollection.com we will not be able to make any alterations so please be aware of what you are ordering.
We double check every product and carefully pack every order to guarantee you will receive your order in its best condition. In regards to human error, if, and only if, an order has been deemed incorrect on our behalf, a full refund or a free item of your choice will be applied. Please be sure that all details on your order are correct before submitting your order for processing and handling.
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please email us at thekysimonekollection@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged order. We will be happy to get back to you within a matter of 1-3 days including weekends.
